ASPEON Partners is a search fund formed to identify, acquire and operate an existing private company with initial enterprise value between €5.0 and €50.01 million. The fund will be headquartered in Vienna, to be established in 2024 and operated by Anton Stockert and Stephan Pöll (the ‘Principals’).
