Investment Vehicle

Our pooled investment vehicle offers investors exposure to selected SME acquisitions. The structure seeks to promote disciplined capital allocation, shared governance, and access to opportunities sourced and vetted by the Moonbase team.

Direct Investment

Investors may participate in individual transactions through a deal-by-deal model. When a searcher identifies a target that meets our investment criteria and financing needs exceed committed search fund capital, Moonbase may open equity-gap opportunities to selected investors.
