Dominik comes from a family of entrepreneurs and has been immersed in the entrepreneurial spirit from a young age. He began his career in M&A at Barclays Investment Bank in London before spending nine years in growth capital private equity, focusing on North and West European SMEs, primarily in the DACH region. During this period, he built a strong track record across the full PE investment lifecycle, including sourcing, acquiring, managing, and exiting investments such as Cylon, GridBeyond, Teletrol, and JES Group. In parallel, Dominik served eight years as a non-executive board member and gained hands-on operational experience as Interim CFO at JES and during an early-career stint at Siemens Automation & Drive.
