Caio Roma brings over seven years of experience in the search fund ecosystem, spanning the search, acquisition, and operation of a privately held company in Brazil. He began his career in 2017 as an intern at 220 Capital, one of the country’s earliest search funds, and transitioned into operational leadership after the company’s acquisition in 2019. During this period, he gained hands-on experience across processes, treasury, controllership, HR, product, and pricing. From 2022 to 2024, Caio led the company’s inorganic growth strategy, completing and integrating six acquisitions and helping generate more than BRL 300M in revenue and over BRL 180M in EBITDA.
