He served as CEO of Equip’Aero, a private aerospace SME in Toulouse, overseeing 100 employees and €15M in turnover. Gilles has deep expertise in business development across manufacturing, business services, and distribution companies worldwide, with three years of full-time experience in the United States, England, and Singapore, providing him with strong cross-cultural business insights. He holds a degree from SUPAERO (Aerospace Engineering) and an MBA from INSEAD.
