Ignacio is a finance executive with over 15 years of international experience in M&A, corporate finance, and post-merger integration. He spent over a decade at KPMG in Madrid, Nairobi, and Santiago, leading more than 50 due diligence engagements and heading the Integration & Separation practice in Chile. He later served as FP&A Manager at AES Andes before becoming Managing Partner at Keen Founders, where he acted as interim CFO across the portfolio, driving profitability improvements and financial restructuring.
