WildLynx Capital is a Search Fund established by Rodolfo Vélez and Jaime Amoribieta (the “Managing Partners”) headquartered in Madrid. The fund is formed to identify, acquire and operate a SME or group of SMEs in Spain. The fund offers investors the opportunity to have exclusive access to the sourcing, analysis and acquisition of a small, high potential SME in Spain. The five stages of the Search Fund are: i.) Raise the search capital (financing round I); ii.) Sourcing and evaluation of investment opportunities; iii.) Structuring, financing & closing the acquisition (financing round II); iv.) Business operation, growth and value creation; and; v.) Exit the business. The targeted companies Enterprise Value (EV) is between €5m and €20m with investors financing of between 50% and 70%.
