Sandip is an operator and executive with more than two decades of experience inside some of the world’s most recognized businesses, including Henkel, Levi’s, VF Corporation, PUMA, eBay, and Freudenberg. He has managed a global P&L of more than €250M and taken three nascent businesses past €100M each, a track record shaped by working across seven countries and traveling to more than 50. A graduate of Stanford GSB, where he was a Sloan Fellow, he brings a distinctive point of view and mature judgment to business decisions. He now channels that experience toward a single, deliberate ambition: acquiring one enduring B2B business in the DACH region. His search fund, Indus Capital, was highly oversubscribed, backed by Moonbase Global, ONEtoONE, Secways, Turtle Capital, Pinvest, Pitlane Capital, Relay Investments, Innesto Partners, Kinderhook, Cabiedes Capital, and Ruka Capital.
