Tom Fry brings 15 years of experience across strategy, engineering, operations, and value creation. As a Principal at BCG, he led large-scale change and transformation programs for FTSE 100 and Fortune 500 clients, managing teams of up to 10 consultants and delivering more than $500m in value across industrial, consumer, pharma, and energy sectors. Earlier in his career, Tom combined deep technical and entrepreneurial experience as an engineer at Cambridge Consultants, a co-founder of an advanced materials startup, and a project engineer overseeing major capital projects in the Middle East, equipping him with a rare blend of strategic leadership and hands on operational execution.
